What shipment do you provide?


The cost of the delivery of each order will depend on the destination, size and weight of your order.

The cost of each delivery method will be clearly stated during the purchase process.


The packages are sent based on DAP (Delivery At Place).

In Delivered at place agreements, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.


DHL Express is our courier for international shipments.


You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.


During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.


Any return request must be communicated to us within 14 days of receipt of the items.

When we get the returned items and have them assessed by our internal warehouse team, we will complete the refund within 15 days.


Nardavid will make every effort to maintain the website up to date. We cannot, however, guarantee that the items shown are still available.

Your order will be handled within 2-3 working days after Nardavid receives it, subject to availability.


We do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Any order placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.


If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you via the email address you provided when placing your order.

If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response to our email, we will proceed with the remaining items on your order.


We will not provide a substitute product unless you expressly authorize it.



How long will it take to get my order?

Once your order has shipped, it is passed to your postal service, who will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices.

How much does shipping cost for Buyers?

Shipping fees vary based on a variety of factors including the price of the item, size of the item, item type, shipping costs determined by our carrier partners, and the shipping destination of the Buyer. Buyers will always see the entire shipping cost before purchase an item.


Please note:

All import and export costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over the length of time your order will be held at customs for clearance and suggest that you contact them directly for further information.

We mark all packages for overseas delivery with contents and order value marked accordingly.



Can I return my product?


Products purchased online can only be returned to our e-commerce warehouse through the specified channels.

We always hope you to love the pieces you bought from us. If you are unsure about the sizing before buying, email us at customercare@nardavid.com.

If however, you wish to return or exchange your purchase from www.nardavid.com please note the following:

Nardavid allows the return within 14 days from the day you bought it on www.nardavid.com


Unless the item is faulty, the cost of returning it to us is your responsibility, and every client should choose their preferred courier company when booking a return. When booking a shipment back to our Warehouse, make sure that it is marked as a "RETURN" on the package.


As the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend sending it through registered mail or any other method that requires signature upon delivery.


Items in your order shipped to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs charges, and fees imposed by the destination country (“Import Fees”). In the destination country, the recipient of the consignment is the importer of record and is responsible for any Import Fees.

You are liable for the original shipping expenses, any Import Fees incurred on the box, and the cost of returning the box to Nardavid. Your reimbursement will be reduced by this amount. Please send any queries or concerns about shipment and handling to customercare@nardavid.com.



Will any return costs be refunded?


Unwanted orders must be returned by post and the cost of the delivery is payable by the customer.

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, please contact us at support@nardavid.com before returning the order.

Nardavid.com will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.


When will I get my refund?


We endeavor to process refunds within 5-7 working days of receiving your return, however, please allow 14 days for your refund to be fully processed.

Once your return has been refunded, your account should be credited within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.



What payment provider do you use?


When ordering, the customer can freely choose to pay for the purchases made at www.nardavid.com through:


Paypal: PayPal allows to make online purchases safer by providing a form of payment that does not require the payor or payee to disclose credit card or bank account numbers.


Stripe: The Customer will fill in the details of their card to produce the purchase. The authorization by the owner of your card (VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS) will produce the direct purchase and confirmation of your place or assistance. This service is offered by stripe.
